Cannot add additional people to People album.

The option to click and add more people to the People photo album is gone. I’ve reset the album but It’s still missing.

I’m running 11 beta 5 on an iPad 4. The option has been missing for some time.

I’ve plugged this in over night and restarted.

Any help?
