Is it okay to use Swift 4.0 instead of 4.1?

Hi,

I'm using Swift 4.0. Is it okay to use 4.0 instead of 4.1 and if not how should I change it?

The submittal requirements say to use the 'latest release tools' - that would mean vXcode 9.2 and whichever version of Swift it includes.

How is it you're using Swift 4.0?

As long as you are using Xcode v9.2, and not using beta tools/nothing higher than Xcode v9.2, you should be ok.
