Project Tested in Xcode 9.2 or 9.3 (New Update)

This is directed to someone at Apple who can answer this. Will our projects be tested in Xcode 9.2 or 9.3? The instructions say "latest software" but Xcode was literally updated yesterday! 3 days before the deadline! Which Xcode will be used because some people have already submitted their projects before this update was released.

They will be judged on Xcode 9.2. If it doesn't work on Xcode 9.2, we'll also try running it on Xcode 9.3.

I updated my xcode to the latest 9.3 version and adjusted my code to behave properly due to the update. It's a subtle change which has to do with animations. If my code is run on xcode 9.3 I shall be fine. I don't know quite well how my code will behave on xcode 9.2 since I have updated my xcode.

If there are any issues, we will try running it on 9.3. You can also make a note in the comments field of the application form.
