NAME
     fdim -- return difference if positive, 0 otherwise

SYNOPSIS
     #include <math.h>

     double
     fdim(double x, double y);

     long double
     fdiml(long double x, long double y);

     float
     fdimf(float x, float y);

DESCRIPTION
     The fdim() functions return the "positive difference" between their argu-ments: arguments:
     ments:  x - y if x > y, +0 if x is less than or equal to y.

     The fdim() functions conform to ISO/IEC 9899:1999(E).
