NAME
     isspecial -- special character test

LIBRARY

SYNOPSIS
     #include <ctype.h>

     int
     isspecial(int c);

DESCRIPTION
     The isspecial() function tests for a special character.

RETURN VALUES
     The isspecial() function returns zero if the character tests false and
     returns non-zero if the character tests true.
