Canceling Pending ATP Functions

This section describes the functions that you use to cancel pending ATP functions.
It describes the PKillSendReq function that you use to cancel a PSendRequest
or PNSendRequest function, the PRelTCB function that you use to cancel a PSendRequest function, the PKillGetReq function that you use to cancel a PGetRequest function, the ATPKillAllGetReq function that you use to cancel
all pending PGetRequest functions, and the PRelRspCB function that you use to cancel a PSendResponse call that specifies an exactly-once transaction.
