Technical Q&A GX08
Debugging GX Graphics Code
|
Q:I am having a hard time debugging some of my GX graphics code. Is there a
debugging INIT I can use?
A: You can download either of these two useful utilities, to be used with GX 1.1.3, for debugging GX
graphics code:
GXGraphics(debug): This is a debugging INIT, intended only for developers.
It enables validation and warning notices.
Note:
- This will slow down your system because
there are many error checks.
- There is a known incompatibility between this INIT and QuickTime. It will be fixed in a future release of GXGraphics(debug).
|
GraphicsBug: This is a simple debugger to check the graphics objects that GX
produces.
