Abstract: Declares the interface for the FrameLiveDVExporter class (a subclass

of FrameCompressor) which allows to send CVPixelBuffers as a real-time DV

stream over the FireWire port. The FrameLiveDVExporter is initialized with

the DV format to use (NTSC or PAL) and flags indicating if the pixel data

is progressive and / or using a 16/9 ratio. The DV exporting is simply

performed by calling -exportFrame: and passing a CVPixelBuffer. The method

+sizeForFormat returns the size of the frames for a given DV format and

+framerateForFormat returns the recommended framerate at which -exportFrame:
