Demonstrates rendering of text using OpenGL Core Profile, starting from a string, a font, and a point size.

This sample demonstrate the workflow, going from a string and an associated font and font point size, to a generated anti-aliased bitmap context using CoreText, to an OpenGL texture displayed in an OpenGL Core Profile context.
