# Get Test Notification Status

Check the status of the test App Store server notification sent to your server.

## Discussion

Call this endpoint using the [`testNotificationToken`](/documentation/AppStoreServerAPI/Get-Test-Notification-Status/testNotificationToken) you receive when you call [`Request a Test Notification`](/documentation/AppStoreServerAPI/Request-a-Test-Notification). You can check the status using the [`testNotificationToken`](/documentation/AppStoreServerAPI/Get-Test-Notification-Status/testNotificationToken) for up to six months. Use the information in the [`CheckTestNotificationResponse`](/documentation/AppStoreServerAPI/CheckTestNotificationResponse) to troubleshoot your server if it’s unable to receive App Store Server Notifications successfully.
