# CGPDFStringGetLength(_:)

Returns the number of bytes in a PDF string.

func CGPDFStringGetLength(_ string: CGPDFStringRef) -> Int
```

## Parameters

`string`

A PDF string.

## Return Value

Returns the number of bytes referenced by the string, or `0` if the string is `NULL`.
