# CMTimebaseCreateWithSourceClock(allocator:sourceClock:timebaseOut:)

Creates a timebase by using a source clock.

func CMTimebaseCreateWithSourceClock(allocator: CFAllocator?, sourceClock: CMClock, timebaseOut: UnsafeMutablePointer<CMTimebase?>) -> OSStatus
```

## Parameters

`allocator`

The allocator to use for creating the timebase.

`sourceClock`

The source clock.

`timebaseOut`

Receives the timebase the function creates.
