# NSResetHashTable(_:)

Deletes the elements of the specified hash table.

```
func NSResetHashTable(_ table: NSHashTable<AnyObject>)
```

## Discussion

Releases each element but doesn’t deallocate `table`. This function is useful for preserving the capacity of `table`.

## See Also

[`NSFreeHashTable(_:)`](/documentation/Foundation/NSFreeHashTable(_:))

Deletes the specified hash table.
