If this object is identical to the one returned by the [`kSecCodeInfoImplicitDesignatedRequirement`](/documentation/Security/kSecCodeInfoImplicitDesignatedRequirement) key, then there is no explicit designated requirement and the designated requirement in use was generated by the system.
