PrintDefaultWhen you create a
TPrintrecord, you use the
PrintDefaultprocedure to initialize the fields of the
TPrintrecord according to the current printer's default values for resolution, number of copies, and so on.
PROCEDURE PrintDefault (hPrint: THPrint);
- A handle to a
TPrintrecord (described on page 9-41), which may be a new record or an existing one from a document.
DESCRIPTIONThe default values for the current printer are stored in the printer driver's resource file. The
PrintDefaultprocedure puts these values in the
TPrintrecord, replacing the ones that may already be there. The
PrintDefaultprocedure calls the
PrValidatefunction (described in the next section) to ensure that the
TPrintrecord is compatible with the current version of the printer driver.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONSYou should never call
PrintDefaultbetween the pages of a document.
