Like the best video platform is YouTube you can add almost any YouTube video in the app and then you can select all the parts of the video you want to focus on. then you'll be able to replay only those parts of the video instead of all the video. Moreover in future version you'll have an in-app algorithm to give you estimation about your memorization status about a video and that will tell you when you'll have to revise a video to improve your memorization.
