I'm known as ... to "Apple Accessibility Team"

I use my MacOS, iOS devices ~15hrs/day using only my head.. Sure would be nice to plop $500 and get a DTK early on.. any suggestions on how i'd fill out the form? I'm not a big developer...

You can apply to the Universal App Quick Start Program here: https://developer.apple.com/programs/universal/

This webpage also has extra info about eligibility requirements, cost, and a link to the terms and conditions! Selected developers will receive a link to order the Universal App Quick Start Program from the online Apple Store. Priority will be given to applicants with an existing macOS application, as availability is limited. I hope this information is helpful for you.
