Hello.
For more than 2 months now I’ve been trying to pay for membership in the apple developers program.
I write out an invoice for payment indicating the details of my debit card in Russia, but the invoice never arrives.
There have been many attempts, but tech support says my bank is blocking the payment.
Talked with the manager of his bank, he does not even see a request for payment from an apple. Has anyone encountered the same problem?
Help please!!! My deadlines are already burning!!!!

P.S. I tried to issue an invoice for payment in the amount of more than 5 times. The result is zero. Technical support deals with unsubscribes instead of real help.

I read the forum. I realized that many people around the world have this problem. I wrote to technical support with a description of the problem, but the result is zero. Didn't even answer. I'm from Russia. I tried to pay with Sberbank, Qiwi, Yandex.Money cards ... All in vain.
I even found a very distant relative living in Florida and described the problem. He gave me his details of the Bank of America, but nothing ... There is one more option (I do not remember who prompted it) and I must try it: Take an invoice for payment from technical support. But according to rumors, they are very reluctant to give it ...
