Any open issues with blue tooth connection on software version 14.4
I have an issue open from the iOS version 13 update that has never been resolved. I have two Plantronics headsets that are unusable for phones calls. Same issue for both Plantronics earpieces. The devices pair ok. They will stream audio all day long to the ear piece. The microphone audio is failed. Enormously distorted. I have tried four different iPhones with the same result. Given that test, I have to believe that it is not unique. It seems that my phone, my data or my apps have nothing to do with the failure. All other android phones and earlier versions of iOS devices can utilize the Plantronics voyager pro perfectly. Voyager pro has been updated with firmware to attempt a resolution or at least produce a change in state from bad to better. Unpaired, Bluetooth paired again, network resets do nothing. Does anyone have any ideas?
