Server sandbox down

Hi team

I deployed in app purchase in my app and recently I use test account to test in app in sandbox environment. I have already defined items in itunes. Everything's ok. But I have an error "error domain=ssservererrordomain code=2059 "this item is temporarily unavailable." when I bought item in app. I didn't have this error before on december. I tested in production environment then it's ok.

I guess server sandbox has problem so I have tested it with website: http://www.websitedown.info/sandbox.itunes.apple.com. The result is server down.

I hope you can my answer in this case. So if server sandbox down, you can notify to me and how long to server up. I need to know that up my app on App Store. If I wrong so you can support to me detail about problem. Because I used your framework in my code.
