Caused by “Setting > Display&Brightness > Display zoom > Larger Text”
Is the phone in zoom mode? (Settings => Display => Display Zoom set to "Larger Text")
Have a look at the values of [UIScreen mainScreen].nativeBounds, .scale, and .nativeScale.
Look at all of them in both zoom and non-zoom mode. Yes, it's complicated!
