After installing iOS 16.3.1 on the iPad the Datetime picker wheel unable to save the time value. In datetime Field show correct selected value.
Observation: Value change event wasn't getting triggered when we select the time in wheel Post reseting the iPad setting it worked.
But what is the root cause for it
