Hi,
This is my first time notarizing an app with Developer ID. I have submitted multiple notarization requests, and all of them have been stuck in "In Progress" status. The oldest one was submitted over 24 hours ago.
Is this normal for first-time submissions? How long should I wait before contacting support?

You can expect that most uploads will be notarised quickly. Occasionally, some uploads are held for in-depth analysis and may take longer to complete. As you notarise your apps, the system will learn how to recognise them, and you should see fewer delays.

I have the same issue - first time notirizing and the app stuck with "In Progress".
I've even made a tiny one-liner bash script app, which resulted in a 8kb zip file, and it also faced the same fate.
I've been having the same issue. First time I am doing notarization and I have 6 submissions in progress and 2 have gone for over 24 hours. Not sure what to do.
36 hours later both my apps (the real one and the "dummy") got notarized with "Accepted".
Now all my subsequential submissions take mere a couple of minutes.
