On the iPhone Duo, default toolbar items are 48 pt instead of 44 pt, even when the navigation bar is horizontal.
There doesn't seem to be a public API to query this size, making it difficult to match custom toolbar items to system controls without device-specific checks.
I've filed FB25271102 requesting an API to expose the default toolbar item dimensions, ideally through a SwiftUI environment value.
