His situation:
- He knows his password and still owns his trusted phone number.
- He is in Israel, and the SMS verification codes never arrive on his phone.
- After a few attempts, Apple now shows "Verification Code Digit
Verification codes cannot be sent to this phone number at this time. Please try again later". - He has no other trusted Apple device signed in.
- He has been locked out for 7 days.
As a result, we can't accept the updated Apple Developer Program agreements, and our live app is affected.
