iPOD Accessory Protocol 2, inputStream of EASession becomes nil for huge file transfer

We have currently implemented iAP2 on the hardware side and testing it with our iOS application. When we try to do a GET operation for the files from accessory (implementing iAP2), the file is not recieved. On debugging it is found that the inputStream of EASession is nil whenever a GET operation is performed for huge file. It works fine with smaller and medium size files.
