Map channels and animated UV in USDZ

Please let me know is it possible to use additional map channel? (here is a screenshot from 3ds max: https://i.imgur.com/UJXkkwa.png )

For example, if I'd like to apply all basic textures to 1st map channel and transparency/opacity map to the 2nd map channel.


And is USD file support animated UVs?
