Can't accept iCloud terms and conditions in iOS 9 simulator

I'm trying to run my app in the iOS 9 simulator, and in order for it to work I need to sign into iCloud. When I try to do this in the simulator, I enter in my iCloud username and password. It then brings me to the Terms and Conditions screen, which I presume need to be accepted in order for me to continue.

Unfortunately, there is no place where it displays an "Accept" button or any other way to accept the T&C. I've tried scrolling through the full terms to see if there's a button at the bottom, and there's nothing there. Is there any way to accept from within the simulator?

I don't currently have a real device running iOS 9 so I can't easily go in through their and accept these conditions. I'm hoping I don't have to wait until next week when I get my new phone with iOS9!

1) Please file a radar at http://bugreport.apple.com

2) I think this can be resolved by accepting the terms somewhere else. I suggest you login to the website at http://www.icloud.com and see if you can accept the terms there. Please report back if that worked for you.

I have filed a radar - #22808591

I was unable to get the terms and conditions by going into icloud.com. It allowed me access to my account without asking for me to accept the T&C. I was eventually able to resolve this problem by running in the iOS 9 simulator from the XCode Version 7.1 beta (7B60). When I launched from there I was able to accept the T&Cs, and then I was able to go back to the released XCode 7.0 version and run my application within the simulator.

Hi Tim,

I am having the same problem can you please advise how you took care of this issue?

Colette

The issue should not be present in iOS 9.1 and later. Where are you having issues?

I'm having the problems described above, too. I have an 6S Plus on iOS 9.2. I deal with extremely frequent pop ups of a window titled "New iCloud Terms and Conditions," followed by the text, "To use iCloud on this iPhone you must accept the new terms and conditions." And, of course, when I click "View Terms," it takes me to Settings/iCloud, but doesn't bring up any new terms to accept. And as soon as I leave Settings, I get the pop-ups again.

After looking at various threads dedicated to this issue on various sites, I've tried most of the suggestions. Hard restart, signing out of/into iCloud, various types of internet connection, etc. The only thing I haven't tried is doing a factory restore, but it seems like overkill unless that's the only fix. If it is, of course I'll do it. But if there's a shorter solution, I'd love to hear it.

For what it's worth, I was surprised to hear that 9.1 was supposed to have entirely fixed this problem, because I didn't start experiencing it until sometime after I downloaded 9.2.

Also exactly what I'm experiencing as well 😠

Seriously VERY ANNOYING Apple!!!

Then please file a radar and be as descriptive as possible. What is your account name? What type of authentication is your account using? Are you seeing the issue on device as well? I'm not seeing this issue since the fix for 22808591 landed in iOS 9.1

Same here ... It's so bugging me when the pop-up show it up to ask accept and can't do anything... It shows up every minute, sometimes only 5 mins!!

Then please file a radar and report back the radar number, so I can CC myself on it. Thanks.

I have iPhone 5s and am getting this pop up and can't find the terms and conditions to accept them. I've been to iCloud.com and can't locate anything there. I just purchased a new MacBook Pro and it all started after I set that up. My software is up-to-date on my phone. Please help? It's extremely annoying to get this pop up.

I currently cannot accept terms and conditions on ios10 after installation. I have been tapping on the Terms and conditions in iCloud and I cannot even access www.icloud.com.
