I'm creating a game for the mac Appstore, until a couple of days ago everything was fine, I could award achievements and post leaderboards perfectly, but today I've checked again and I can't login into Game Center anymore.
Here is the error I'm getting in my authenticateHandler:
Error Domain=GKErrorDomain Code=3 "The requested operation could not be completed due to an error communicating with the server." UserInfo=0x600000463a40
{
GKServerStatusCode=5002,
NSLocalizedDescription=The requested operation could not be completed due to an error communicating with the server., NSUnderlyingError=0x600000644f50 "The operation couldn’t be completed. status = 5002, OS mismatch"
}
I'm pretty sure I haven't changed anything in the provisioning profiles or the code (I've gone back to a commit from a couple of days ago and the provisionings are old as well). The app looks properly dev-signed and my mac is on the list of devices in the provisioning profile.
I know Apple's shut down the sandbox GameCenter environment but I've checked both with and without the GameCenter sandbox turned on, even with newly created test accounts and nothing's worked so far.
I've googled around and found nothing related to that error. Although I assume it's irrelevant, the only thing that's changed in this two days is I updated xcode from 7.0 to 7.0.1.
Any clues on what does that error mean ? Anyone else is getting trouble with GameCenter in osx ?
