I need to test a website in iOS 6 Safari, but I'm having difficulty doing so. So far, I've tried installed old xcodes and iOS SDK's and I've also purchased Apple Developer access. Both of these have proved to be dead ends. I have multiple OS X and iOS devices on hand (the OSX devices are on Yosemite and I do not have access to Mavericks - unless someone knows how I can get/buy it). What am I missing here?

You may have trouble getting iOS 6 onto a device.
Have you tried the Safari web browser included in the iOS 6 simulator on one of the older versions of Xcode? This may be adequate for what you describe.
