I enabled iCloud option at my xcode project and go to web browser interface. All is ok, then when i clicked to create a table i was kick out from web interface to login page. I'm trying to login again, it shows me blue loading screen and then redirect back to login page...

I'm having this exact same issue…in Safari. (Version 9.1 (11601.5.17.1)) So so so so frustrating.
Same happens to me, cant login and it redirects me again and again. Why won't apple do a website right for once... I am sick of not being able to access sites . It was even worse with App Analytics
I tried different network connection, different browser and so on... no luck
I had this same issue, luckily I was at WWDC. So I asked the guy and we played around with Safari, and deleting the Apple.com cookies fixed the issue. So you go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data... and from here just find apple.com and delete it. Hopefully this helps.
