USB Audio Failing

Just like this thread (https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/4273), I'me having huge problems with USB Audio.

My Plantronics .Audio 995 USB headset disconnects after a while (funny that's usually when I launch an Android Studio project or a more heavy workload) with the message:

USB Sound assertion in /BuildRoot/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/AppleUSBAudio/AppleUSBAudio-301.52/AppleUSBAudioStream.cpp at line 2867

I have the remove the USB dongle and insert it again to have sound. This is huge mess with USB Audio, please fix it. El Capitan 10.11.1

It seems like Apple chose to release with this bug. I talked to Apple care and their only advice is to downgrade to Yosemity. I created a bug report, but it was closed as a duplicate. So no way to know what will happen if anything.

My Nuforce Icon DAC headphone amp and DAC no longer work in El Capitan (10.11.2). OS doesn't even recognize the device. Seems to be the case for a number of USB audio devices with a handful of manufacturers putting out updated drivers (thougth it should "just work").
