Playing iTunes Affiliate Trailers using previewURL

Using the public iTunes Search API you're able to retrieve metadata about a movie/TV show. This metadata includes a "previewURL" to a trailer video.

For example "Mad Max Fury Road"

//  ...
  }]
}

Has a previewURL of:

- http://a1628.v.phobos.apple.com/us/r1000/176/Video7/v4/c8/a7/58/c8a75825-f57a-1144-1547-63c8f4bddb13/mzvf_7738739627901076947.640x352.h264lc.D2.p.m4v

It appears to play fine on Mac using Quicktime, but trying to play it within my Apple TV app using an AVPlayer it doesn't seem to work. The video seems to be playing but just shows a loading indicator (no video, no audio) but the duration of the video seems correct.

Are you allowed to play iTunes movie/tv trailer content in your tvos app (in this situation we are also attributing and linking to iTunes itself so the user can buy the movie/tv show via itunes but they can watch a trailer within our app). In the context of our app we are not duplicating functionality because users are browsing movie/tv shows by social activity of their friends and then we are delegating to buying the movies/tv show to iTunes.
