Added my iphone 6S UDID mistakenly in uppercase, I am unable to run the app on device. Tried it to convert it in lowercase & resubmit but it enables the old UDID which I added in uppercase. Please help me to get rid of this issue.

If you are saying you entered the wrong case for the UDID in the web portal, then you need to contact Developer Support to resolve the issue.

Why does the case matter? UDIDs are UUIDs which are 128bit values represented as a string of hexidcimal digits. An upper case letter and a lower case letter should have the exact same value.
Unless something in the code that verifies provisioning profiles is comparing them as strings. Based on the number of threads on here with similar issues I assume that is the case. (In which case there should be a bug filed about it, since they *should* be treated as hexadecimal numbers.)
It should not. However, as junkpile notes it does matter when the values are treated as strings.

I experienced the problem myself when registering an Apple Watch pre release. Trying to add a device identifier with the correct casing on the website after the same UDID was registered with incorrect casing was refused as a duplicate.
The way it was resolved was by calling Developer Support who escalated the issue until the backend database was manually changed. A bug was also filed at that time. That was the reason for my original suggestion to resolve the issue.
This issue has existed/been reported since at least 2011 - as noted, call 'em up to correct it for you.
