Xcode Server cert integration issues

Tried to dust one of many broken xcode server integrations. Some simulators work (for some reason it lists 7.x simulators in the bot selector which will cause build errors if selected).

Now trying to get devices to work and I can't quite figure out how to get the thing to add itself to my developer team. I've tried removed/re-adding and re-logging into my developer account via the Server/Xcode UI about a dozen times to no avail. Finally, after some snooping throughout the system error logs, I finally stumbled across this in the system.log file:

Jan  5 15:05:58 xxxx xcscontrol[1451]:  DeveloperPortal: Completed request A66685F6-1C96-4270-B303-3E05A9CD1A20 (failure): {
<....>
            "DTDK_Platform" = ios;
            resultString = "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID 'Z92ECXXXXX' to which you belong.  Please contact Apple Developer Program Support.\nhttps://developer.apple.com/support";
<....>

The UI silently fails with the above log message when I try to add my account in the Xcode teams UI in Server. I'm puzzled as when I removed the account earlier, it had no problem revoking the cert and I can log into the account just fine.

The error as seen from Xcode client is also confusing where the integration fails with a rather generic message:

xcodebuild: error: Failed to build project xxxxx with scheme xxxxxx

One can only guess that because the last statement (again after digging through logs....) is codesign that it is probably returning a non-zero result code and thus it's a codesigning issue.

Was hoping to get some more of my automated tests rebooted, but looks like Xcode Server's rough edges are still present....
