Test spanish from multiple regions

I need to test my app in Colombian spanish. Xcode gives the option to do this but I cant switch my iPhone to Colombian spanish and test localization.

If the iPhone doesn’t give the user the option of selecting Colombian Spanish, why are you shipping that localisation?
