I am using a SOOMLA Social Plugin with my Game (which i am using Unity3d to Develop) In the iOS Settings I am asked to supply a iTunes App ID. I do not know where to locate this id. - (My app has not been published yet) if that makes a difference.

If you've enabled iCloud or anything similar to that on your app, an App ID was probably already auto-generated. If not, you can use the Member Center ( developer.apple.com/membercenter) to create the ID.
Log in to the Member Center, then navigate to Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. Under iOS Apps, select Identifiers.
Are you asking about the Bundle ID used in the project and iTunes Connect, or the app ID used in the store as part of a link?
Have you added that app to iTunes Connect yet?
