Starting last night, my apps that use CloudKit started getting this error "Request failed with http status code 503" and further "CKErrorDomain error 7".
I'm not on any iOS Beta - I'm on 9.2.1.
It doesn't look like it's just my apps. Seems like any app that uses iCloud sync is affected. Photos stopped syncing via iCloud Photo Library as well.

Got this error on my Macs too

The operation couldn’t be completed. (CKErrorDomain error 7.)
also not on Mac beta, but the iPhone is running the 9.3 beta 4
I recognized also that the Notes.app stops syncing via iCloud
I still have this problem if anyone has a solution.
