I have recently bought a Dell P2815Q display, which I've plugged into my iMac via its DisplayPort connection (TB on the iMac).
On the Mac side this works perfectly - and for using XCode this is a beautiful setup. I sometimes need to use Windows mainly for more complex Office stuff where the idiosyncracies between Windows Office and Mac Office matter.
However, when I boot into Windows using BootCamp, it doesn't recognise the second display at all. In fact, if the Dell monitor is switched on, then there is no display at all.
I'm using the latest BootCamp drivers with Win 10.
Is this a known issue or limitation? Or a driver bug of some sort?
