Fetch device location even if app is not running

I get tired of answering this question over and over again. Please do some searching in this forum and the iOS Multitasking forum for similar topics. (short answer: you can't)

Its very much possible i dont know how but it is. For that matter, i can provide you a reference app which is doing so.

1. What some other app got away with does not mean that your app can get away with. Sometimes things that are prohibited do slip through the cracks of app review. If they are somehow using some private API, that does NOT mean that you can.

2. You can continuously monitor location in the background forever, though your app will not be woken up if it gets killed for some other reason like memory pressure, device reboot or the user force quits it. Your app can be woken up even when killed (if the user moves into or out of a region) if you use the significant change location service. But there is no public API on iOS that will wake your app on any regular schedule (e.g. "every 2-3 minute").

Thanks for your generous response but how is it possible that someone can get away with app review each time when they have released several version of their app in addition to that they have several apps which does the same but only thing is one is paid, one is freemium and another one is free with some limited features. How can they get away with app review team each time? I can believe anyone could be this much lucky.
