coresymbolicationd - system corrupted?

I've implemented a VPN app for OS X, and sent it for testing to my co-workers.

While it's working fine for the most of them, 2 people weren't able to run it - and got the error

plug-in sdk "com.apple.networkextension.packet-tunnel" not registered

I also notice they have a lot of logs with the errors

System Policy: deny(1) file-write-create /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.coresymbolicationd
com.apple.xpc.launchd[1]: (com.apple.coresymbolicationd) Service only ran for 0 seconds. Pushing respawn out by 10 seconds.

From what I read in a lot of topics here, that means the OS might be corrputed, so I asked them to reinstall the OS, and it really did help, and now they are able to run my app.

Before asking them to reinstall, I tried a lot of things, but none of them helped.

So my question is - what should I do when I publish my app at the App Store? What if some client would get the same error?

I can't ask the clients to reinstall their OS..
