Hi !
I was wondering if someone know what is the mediaanlysisd process on my iphone 6 ??
Recently, I remarked that my device became hotter than habitually, plus the battery is melting.
I checked with Xcode's istruments (activity monitors) what process could be responsible and I find that mediaanlysisd was using more than 100% of the CPU.

I also remarked that this process is only active when my iphone is locked (screen turned off) and when I unlock it the process is Killed. Infact, according to Xcode's Instruments my iPhone is using more CPU when he is locked than when he is on the springboard.
Is this normal ?? What is mediaanlysisd? Can I change any setting to reduce mediaanlysisd CPU usage and gain more battery life ??
