When testing on an iPad Air running iOS 9.3.2, I am authorized but trigger locationManager(manager: CLLocationManager, didFailWithError when attempting to get location. Identical code on iPhone 6s 9.3.2. retrieves location without an issue?

I belive it's a bug in this version of iOS 9.3.2 as it did not appear in previous versions of iOS 9. Submitted a radar
