I entered a invalid DUNS number while enrolling on 16 June 2016 ,i even got a mail from apple support about this issue, now its been 11 days and i have not heard from apple, my enrollment is still showing the status ("your enrollment is being processed").

You need to contact Developer Program Support directly (you can reply to the email they sent you or use the link on the How to Contact Us page). No one here on DevForums has access to the systems they use to track your programme membership.
