How do I beta test using Xcode 7? It keeps telling me that my iOS is incompatiable! I do not have a membership but with Xcode 7 it doesn't requie Xcode 7. So how do I test my app on my iOS 8 iPhone?

Maybe, 2 issues.
fiest, Project supported low version.
second, xcode7 version supported over iOS9 device.
When U connected iMac(or MacBook), check your device status. at that time, xcode show device status(ex:deploy datget, not supported, etc..)
