Hi.
I want to install iOS7 on my iPhone4s iOS6.1.3 installed.
I downloaded install file(iPhone4,1_7.0_11A465_Restore.ipsw) and tried install, but failed.

The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build.
I know that can't downgrade from iOS8.
My app has app crash issue on iOS7 with beacon (on iOS8 OK)
How can I install iOS7 on my iPhone?
At this point, you cannot. You can only upgrade a device to the latest version supported, which on the 4S is iOS 8.
If you need one on iOS 7, you will have to look to the used marketplace for a device that has not yet been upgraded. (An iPhone 4 might be a better bet since it is capped at iOS 7 and will be cheaper too.)
Oh... It's so sad....
I need to test using BLE. (iPhone 4s or older support)
