Hello, i just installed ios beta 9 and after restored to ios 8 and i can't delete icloud backups. I've tried reboot, sign in sign out and doesn't fix the issue. this is the error: this backup cannot be deleted at this time. Any advice ? Thanks in advance.

Having the same problem here. I had only 4GB free and could not remove any backups (even though that was about 60% of my storage according to the bar graph). I tried disabling backup on the devices & iTunes and then made the mistake of turning them back on to see if somehow it would fix things... now I have less than 200MB free of my 20GB storage.
Cannot see any backups to delete on devices or the site.
Same exact issue here...downgraded from iOS9 back to 8.4 and now my phone won't back up or let me delete backups.
I have iPad on iOS 9 and iPhone on iOS 8. After some time backups stopped working. Now I can't backup to iCloud on all devices and I can backup to iTunes too. I managed to backup my iPad to iTunes but I can't backup my iPhone.
