I noticed the new time picker in the reminders app is different between the 14.0 developer beta version and the WWDC video. Which one is the most recent version?

I noticed this as well. I think the one shown in the WWDC video is the intended UI. The Reminders app is likely still in progress of getting updated during the beta.
