It's all in tht title really. My app, live in the app store crashes (thankfully not a lot). I know that because the apple analytics claims that it does. Going to organizer -> crashes in latest xcode, macos, shows no crashes on my macbook and old crashes (>10 days ago on my imac) for the latest prod version. Any ideas? I've opened a radar - 28734274
No crashes in organizer -> crashes. Analytics reports number of crashes
I think there could be a few things going on. I was, initially, just going to suggest waiting a little longer, becuase I know there's a delay in the crash reporting system. But, if you've waited longer than 10 days, that should be plenty.
First, remember that users can opt into analytics and crash reporting independently. Second, in general, its just much easier to perform a simple count than it is to capture and collect a valid crash report. Crashlytics (where I work) definitely experiences this. Apple can, in theory, be more robust.
Thanks for the reply. While opting out of reporting separately may explain not receiving new crash reports, I still do not understand why one computer (the imac) can see old crash reports while another (my macbook) can't see anything...
