How to check status of Local Network permission? (Allowed or not allowed)

Hi all,
Is there any way to check if the user has accepted/denied the Local network permission?

I do need to check this for bonjour discovery. So that i can direct the user to app settings to give the permission for Local Network.

OR is there any other way to achieve this ??
